You will receive a phone call and text message from our billing department and/or the Center’s business office prior to surgery with amount due (if applicable). The total amount is due day of surgery.

Please Note: To make an online payment you will need your last statement from your facility which contains your Secure Health Code and the last balance due. Both will be found on your last patient statement.
